* Jurassic IT currently offers two different levels of support packages.
- Standard Support is offered either via phone between normal office hours, visit to your premises, or a online ticketing service.
- Extended Support where you can contact a member of the team outside normal office hours. Extended support is a paid for service where a contract is in place and is not available for "pay as you go" services
Standard support starts at £65 per hour or part thereof.
